This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which subscription purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refund requests are handled for the Bogo Book Platform.

By purchasing a subscription, you ("User") agree to the terms below.

Digital Subscription Nature IMPORTANT

Bogo Book is a digital subscription service that provides access to exclusive Buy-One-Get-One deals and partner offers.

  • All subscription plans activate immediately upon purchase
  • Benefits become accessible instantly
  • Because access is granted instantly, subscriptions are generally non-refundable
This is required by Razorpay and protected under Indian consumer law for digital services.

Refund Policy

3.1 No Refunds After Successful Purchase

Once a subscription is successfully purchased, no refunds shall be issued, including in cases of:

  • Change of mind
  • Inability to use the service
  • Lack of suitable deals near location
  • Vendor availability or operating hours
  • Misuse or fraudulent activity
  • User account issues

3.2 Duplicate / Accidental Payments

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment for same transaction
  • Multiple charges due to technical error
  • Amount deducted but subscription not activated
Process: Email info@bogobook.com with payment proof.
Resolution time: 5–7 business days

3.3 Technical Failure by Payment Gateway

If Razorpay or any integrated gateway processes a charge incorrectly, the user may be refunded after verification with the gateway.

Cancellation Policy

Since subscription access begins instantly:

4.1 Immediate Activation = No Cancellation

Subscriptions cannot be cancelled once activated.

Access starts immediately upon successful payment.

4.2 Auto-Renewals

  • Users will be notified in advance
  • Users may disable auto-renewal before renewal date
  • No refunds for renewals already processed
Currently auto-renewals are NOT active.

Plan Expiry

Each subscription plan comes with a fixed validity:

1 Month
30 days validity
3 Months
90 days validity
12 Months
365 days validity
Promotional
Trial periods
Unused validity cannot be extended, except:
  • In cases of major service outages
  • Platform-wide disruptions
  • Exceptions approved by Bogo Book management

Vendor Service Responsibility

Vendors are solely responsible for:
  • Quality and quantity of service
  • Availability of items
  • Operating hours
  • Redemption processing
  • Customer experience
The Company is not liable for:
  • Vendor refusal
  • Vendor closure
  • Last-minute menu changes
  • Hygiene or safety concerns
Refunds will not be issued for vendor-related issues.

Grievance, Chargebacks & Disputes

Users must contact Bogo Book support before raising a dispute or chargeback.

Unwarranted chargebacks may result in:

Account suspension
Legal claim
Fee recovery
