Introduction

Welcome to Bogo Book LLP ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of the Bogo Book website, mobile web application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you ("User", "Customer", "Vendor", "Partner") agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you may discontinue using the Platform.

Nature of Service

Bogo Book is a subscription-based deals and discovery platform that enables users to access Buy-One-Get-One ("BOGO") offers and other promotional benefits from participating vendors, restaurants, salons, entertainment venues, and service providers ("Vendors").

Important: Bogo Book is not a seller, provider, or producer of any goods or services. The Company is an intermediary platform facilitating interactions between users and vendors.

Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have legal capacity to enter a binding contract
  • Use the Platform for legitimate purposes only

User Accounts

Users must create and maintain an account to access subscription features. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal information
  • Keep login credentials secure
  • Not share your account or access with others
The Company may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation of these Terms.

Subscription Plans & Pricing

Bogo Book offers subscription plans including:

1-month
3-month
Annual plans
Promotional plans
Note: Pricing and offers may vary and are subject to change. All payments are processed via secure third-party payment providers, including Razorpay.

BOGO Offers & Vendor Obligations

Users may redeem offers displayed on the Platform subject to:

  • Vendor availability
  • Vendor operating hours
  • Offer terms mentioned on the Platform
  • User having an active subscription
Vendors are exclusively responsible for:
Product/service quality
Quantity and portion size
Hygiene and safety standards
Honouring all accepted redemptions
The Company is not liable for Vendor service failures.

Redemption Process

To redeem an offer:

Present

User presents the Bogo Book web app at the venue.

Validate

Vendor staff enter their unique 4-digit code.

Complete

Validated redemptions apply instantly.

Manual overrides or unverified redemptions are prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

  • Misuse, hack, or reverse engineer the Platform
  • Attempt fraudulent redemptions
  • Violate vendor rules or harass staff
  • Use subscription benefits for resale or commercial gain
Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Payments & Billing

  • Payments processed through Razorpay
  • You authorize recurring or one-time charges
  • Bogo Book does not store card or payment data

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are governed strictly by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on our website.

Subscription purchases are generally non-refundable, except as required by Indian law.

Intellectual Property

All logos, brand names, graphics, and content on the Platform are properties of Bogo Book LLP and may not be reproduced without prior consent.

Third-Party Services

Vendor services, payment gateways, analytics tools, and marketing integrations are third-party services.

The Company is not responsible for their performance or failures.

Limitation of Liability

Bogo Book LLP is not liable for:

  • Losses from Vendor service failures
  • Quality, hygiene, or safety issues at Vendors
  • User negligence or misuse
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the subscription purchased.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts when:

  • Users violate Terms
  • Fraud or misuse is detected
  • Behaviour harms the Platform

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
